Tips & Tricks for those Frustrating Zits

Don't you just hate it when you wake up in the morning, and right there smack dab in the middle of your forehead is a big old breakout of wonderful zits. Well I know for a fact that I don't love it and I've probably tried every cure in the world to try and get rid of them. So I'm going to write down what I know works, and what I know doesn't. But, just keep in mind every person's skin is different, so even though it works on me, it could mess your skin up.

Trick #1: Scrubbing your face raw
Ever want to just scrub those zits away with your favorite face wash or soap? Well, unfortunately zits aren't dirt and they just won't scrub off. In fact scrubbing your face raw can make those yucky zits worse.
Trick #1 is trashy.

Trick #2: Washing your face twice a day
Gently washing your face twice a is a very good idea. When you sleep, your pores relax and kinda open up, and if you don't wash your face at night oil and yucky stuff can clog your pores even more and create a dreadful zit. So wash your face in the morning and wash your face at night.
Trick #2 is classy

Trick #3: Visine
Your probally thinking, Visine? What? Huh? Why? Well you know how those yucky zits can be irrated and red looking? Well Visine takes the redness out of eyes, it can also take the redness out of zits! Just soak a q-tip in visene press it against the zit for 10 seconds and wellahh! Your zit is less red and ready for makeup.
Trick #3 is classy

Trick #4: Pick those zits off!
If you can pick a scab off your knee, you can pick a zit off your face right? Wrong. Picking your zits can cause bacteria to come in contact with your face and cause even more irritation. Plus if your pick off you zit, it will just come back and there's a big chance that when it heals there will be a scar.
Trick #4 is trashy

Trick #5: Drying that booger up
There's all sorts creams and gels out there to put on your zits to dry them up. So your probally thinking, well I'll put this stuff on every 5 minutes and it's gotta start to work. Wrong, putting it on every 5 minutes may over dry you skin and cause it to be more irratated. So put it on 2 times a day. In the morning and in the night, right after you've washed your skin. The key is to not overdry it, but dry it out just enough so it goes away.
Trick #5 is classy and trashy

So there's 5 mythical tips of getting your zits to go away. I've tested them all and told you which ones work and which one's don't. I'll add more as I find new tips!

+Have a tip? Comment in this blog and I'll post it!

What's in my Purse

I recently cleaned out my cluttered purse out of pure boredom and you'd be amazed by some of the things that where in there. Some of them where needed and some of them where just plane wierd and made me ask myself "Why in the world is this in here?"

My purse(Forever 21) Sunglasses(Forever 21)

Lipgloss(B&BW) Tanning Oil(walmart)

Acne Treament(Marykay) Qtips(walmart)

Dog Comb!(Petsmart) Wallet(Forever 21)

Don't ask about the dog comb, I have no clue.

Hmm..So what do YOU keep in your purse?

Classy vs. Trashy

Mineral makeup is all the rage, and for acne sufferer's like me, it seems like the perfect solution for makeup right? Well, wrong. Some mineral makeup's have a chemical called Bismuth Oxychloride that can make acne worse, giving you more breakouts. So this leaves us to wonder..Well is there any good mineral makeup out there? Yes there is! A very popular mineral makeup out there is Bare Minerals by I.D makeup. It has Bismuth Oxychloride but it's very popular and alot of woman and teens use it. But beware that that chemical isn't good for sensitive skin. So are there any mineral makeups without Bismuth Oxychloride? Yes! You'll have to order it online but it's called Everyday Minerals.

Bare Minerals will cost you about 60.00 for a starter set
& Everyday Minerals will cost you 28.00 for a starter set.
Or you can try everyday minerals in there sample kit.

So which one wins todays classy award?
In my book, Everyday Minerals doe's.

But you can decide for yourself. And if neither work out,
there's many other brands out there for you to try!

comment with your opinion!

Shopping trip soon!

School is less then a month away and I'm happy happy happy for the school shopping, but the actual school part bums me out. Anyway's. Since my family doesn't have all the money in the world I have a budget of 250.00 . Yes I bet some of you are in utter shock, 250 dollars!?!?! Thats the cost of one top. Well no to me, 250 dollars to me is plenty of money, and I've already been looking for what I want. Since I'll be going to Dallas for a mini vacation I'll get a chance to go to Forever 21 (which is my by far favorite store in this whole wide world!) And I plan on spending a good chunk'o change there

I think this is the cutest 10.00 shirt I've ever seen.

A white sweater will def. be a staple in my closet.

Who could resist a shirt with chucks on it!

I love every single color in this tunic.

Oh this would be so cute with a black
sweater, skinny jeans and some cute
flats.!

I imagine this will be one of the most
trashiest things I'll buy for awhile, but
hey I like it.

I usually not one for hippy chic, but I
was weirdly attracted to this cute top.

Everybody need a good black sweater!

I couldn't resist the charming 70's feel of this shirt.

I will probally leave a horrible taste in some of your mouths
because of my "fashion sense". But I think at this age it doesn't
matter, wear what you like.

( yes I'm trashy enough to put the prices on the pictures [: )

Leave me comments on what you think!
